Ice is always your best bet when you're hurt.  Twenty minutes on then take it off for an hour.  Cycle that a few times the get rid of the inflammation and help get the blood flowing where it hurts!

Stretches are always good when you are tight and sore.  Just make sure to take deep breaths and hold for at least 30 seconds.  A hurts so good is alright but if its anything more than that, back off.  

One of the best exercises we can do for low back pain in the hip bridge.  Only do a handful to start!
